The 2027 Playoff Finals Weekend tickets go on sale on Monday 29 June — and if the past three sell-out seasons are anything to go by, you cannot afford to sleep on this. The Elite Ice Hockey League has confirmed that the season’s biggest showpiece returns to the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham across Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 April 2027.
2027 Playoff Finals Weekend Tickets: Priority Window and Key Dates
First things first — Season Ticket holders across all ten EIHL clubs get exclusive early access. The priority window runs from 9am on Monday 29 June through to Thursday 2 July, with each club contacting their Season Ticket holders directly before the window opens. After that, whatever remains drops into general sale from 9am on Friday 3 July, subject to availability. Four tickets per Season Ticket is the maximum during the priority phase, so plan accordingly or risk cancellation.
Additionally, Sports Entertainment Tours — the Elite League’s official travel partner — will sell official packages combining tickets, travel and hotel, with Playoff Travel Packages available from Wednesday 24 June. If you are travelling from outside Nottingham, that route is well worth exploring early.
Pricing, Block Allocations and Essential Venue Info
The format across the weekend is the two Semi-Finals on Saturday, followed by the 3rd vs 4th place play-off and the showpiece Playoff Final on Sunday. Three tiers of weekend ticket pricing apply: Super Early Bird runs from 9am Monday 29 June until 11:59pm Sunday 12 July; Early Bird covers 9am Monday 13 July until 11:59pm Friday 31 July; Standard pricing kicks in from 9am Saturday 1 August. Factor in the £3.25 facility fee per admission — that means £6.50 on a weekend ticket and £26 for a family of four across both days.
Crucially, each of the ten clubs holds specific block allocations at the Motorpoint Arena. The league will check purchases to ensure fans are buying within their team’s designated blocks, so move quickly once your window opens. General sale is capped at four tickets per person per transaction.
On the accessibility front, seating is available by calling the box office on 0808 164 4616 — a freephone number dedicated solely to accessible bookings. Bear in mind the Arena box office counter will remain closed, so all purchases must go through the Motorpoint Arena website. No air horns are permitted inside the venue; any found will be confiscated without exception.
This is the Elite League’s biggest weekend of the year. Three consecutive sell-outs speak for themselves. Get in early.
